Refunds are only allowed for defected or wrongly shipped merchandise.

Exchanges can be made within 15 days of purchase at the same KYSAM WEAR store or through customer service.

Dual exchanges are not allowed.

Exchange is possible only on unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached and proof of purchase.

CLEARANCE SALE and FACTORY OUTLET items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds for defected/wrongly shipped items will be issued as credit vouchers, and reverse logistics costs will be borne by the brand.
